3 MINUTE READ ON PEOPLE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH YOU, YOUR TRIBE AND WELL-BEING

Here is something to remind yourself, a quote that I loved and a question to ask yourself for this week…

Something to remind yourself…

“This is your reminder that if someone is upset with you it is their responsibility to come and communicate that to you, not your responsibility to constantly be trying to read them to figure it out. If they are not able to use their words like a grown up that is not your problem.” Fair point by Sarah.

I.

Here’s a little reminder for you: you’re not responsible for managing everyone else’s emotions. When someone’s upset, it’s on them to communicate it, plain and simple. Constantly reading between the lines just drains your energy. So, set those boundaries! Let go of the idea that you need to ‘figure them out’ and focus on what brings you peace. Trust me, it’s freeing when you stop taking on the responsibility for everyone’s unspoken stuff. Let people step up and communicate—life gets a whole lot lighter that way.

II.

Healthy relationships are built on open communication, not mind-reading. If someone’s upset but won’t say why, it’s a sign they need to work on expressing themselves—not that you need to worry about ‘fixing’ things.

A quote that I loved…

If people don’t match your vibe, change the people, not the vibe.

Woman best version

A question to ask yourself…

Am I nurturing my own well-being, or just putting myself last on the list of people and things I’m taking care of?

Have an amazing week!

Love,
Kelly
