Words are powerful, simple as that. What you put out there shapes what you let in—if you keep telling yourself ‘I can’t’ or ‘I’ll never,’ you’re setting yourself up for exactly that. So be intentional with what you tell yourself. Try speaking in possibilities instead: ‘I’m ready for new opportunities,’ or ‘I’m working toward something big.’ Shift your mindset, and you’ll be amazed at what starts to shift around you.

If you’re telling yourself ‘I’m ready’ or ‘I’ve got this,’ you’re already halfway there. Ditch the ‘maybe’ and ‘someday’—speak like it’s already yours. Confidence starts with your words, so talk like the person you’re becoming
