3 MINUTE READ ON THE WORDS YOU SPEAK, YOUR NEEDS AND LIMITING YOURSELF

Here is something to remind yourself, a quote that I loved and a question to ask yourself for this week…

Something to remind yourself…

“What comes out your mouth is what’s gonna come back to you. It’s the law of attraction. “All men are dogs.” You gonna meet all of them. “I never get nobody.” You’re not. “I can’t lose this weight.” You sure ain’t. “I’m going get fit this year.” Strong possibility. “I’ll never be rich.” I promise you, you won’t. “I’m gona be rich one day.” Strong possibility. That’s how it works, man. It’s the law of attraction. The moment you say it you begin to change. It’s the process. If you think big, you’ll be big. If you think small, you’ll be small.” I fully agree with Steve Harvey on this one!

I.

Words are powerful, simple as that. What you put out there shapes what you let in—if you keep telling yourself ‘I can’t’ or ‘I’ll never,’ you’re setting yourself up for exactly that. So be intentional with what you tell yourself. Try speaking in possibilities instead: ‘I’m ready for new opportunities,’ or ‘I’m working toward something big.’ Shift your mindset, and you’ll be amazed at what starts to shift around you.

II.

If you’re telling yourself ‘I’m ready’ or ‘I’ve got this,’ you’re already halfway there. Ditch the ‘maybe’ and ‘someday’—speak like it’s already yours. Confidence starts with your words, so talk like the person you’re becoming

A quote that I loved…

Your brain doesn’t need more cheap dopamine. It needs connection, sunshine, nature, rest, exercise, and some good music.

A question to ask yourself…

Am I setting boundaries that protect my peace, or am I letting others dictate my limits and would I actually want more?

Have an amazing week!
