3 MINUTE READ ON HOW TO LISTEN TO YOUR INNER VOICE, THE POWER OF MANIFESTING AND CHANGE.

Here is something to remind yourself, a quote that I loved and a question to ask yourself for this week…

Something to remind yourself…

This week I watched Mel Robbins sharing truth bombs about the importance of trusting your intuition. She said: ”When something feels off, it’s off. If something feels like it’s not quite right, it’s not quite right. If you’re getting kind of weird vibes that you shouldn’t trust somebody, don’t trust them. See your intuition never lies. The issue is not your intuition. The problem is you haven’t found the courage to listen to it.” I think your intuition is the most powerful GPS you can have to guide you through life and its choices. It’s custom made for you. The same goes for you inner voice. Where your intuition is your unconscious speaking your inner voice is your conscious speaking. With the emphasis on YOUR voice. Your inner voice should weigh more heavily than any other voice. That voice knows you best and has been following you all your life. It is the wise part of you that can soar high above the details of the moment, your own emotions, and the emotions of others to form the best judgment of the situation. After all, the best way to go about something is not something objective, but just whatever suits youbest.

I.
We have no control over many things in life, but we do have control over what choices we make. The more you make choices based on your inner voice, the more authentic and therefore happier your life will be. It also means that some people will be disappointed because you make different choices than they expected or hoped for. It means that you sometimes have to take risks because the voice is pushing you toward change. It will make you feel like an odd duck at times because you are steering your own course. But following that voice is what you have to do if you want to stay true to yourself and start living your life the way you want.

II.
There’s one thing I can’t recommend enough when you feel overwhelmed with all the outside noises and don’t hear your inner voice anymore. Bring your focus back to you. Sit in silence, take a few deep breaths and ask yourself three times over: ‘What do I really want? What do I think is the best choice for me in this situation?’

We have become so accustomed to looking to others when we have questions. If you want to develop your inner voice, try asking yourself the question first. If you start asking yourself better questions more often, you will be amazed at how many good answers you have right there inside of you.

A quote that I loved…

You are so powerful, that if you think you are not, you are not.

A question to ask yourself…

If you could change one thing about your life what would that be? And how can you take one step in the right direction today?

Have an amazing week!
